This book is from 1830 and it's still intact. All the pages are there has a lot of signatures in there and another inscription that I can't make out. I know this is the first edition. It's leather bound and the binder is good. I put other information in in with the pictures so you can read about it. I'm not a book grader I got this out of the estate sale, but I was told that it's worth money to a book collector.
