Sir Samuel Wilks, 1st Baronet FRS FRCP (2 June 1824 – 8 November 1911) was a British physician and biographer, president of the Royal College of Physicians(1896–1899). He was born in Lewisham in 1864, married Herculena Hall in 1894, and had a daughter Violet in 1897.
