This is the a rare and collectable magic gem from 1923 The cover is a bit rubbed and faded in places (see photos) but is overall in superb condition for a book that is 100 years old!There are some hand written numbers (library numbers? to the inside pages and a small amount of foxing on some pages, but otherwise in astonishingly good condition.
