Vintage 1937 commemorative mug celebrating the Coronation of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth on 12th May 1937. Manufactured by Wellington China (Peco marked on bottom) and decorated with colour portraits of the King and Queen, national flags, laurel wreaths and the royal crown above the inscription “Coronation 1937”. A lovely piece of British royal memorabilia, ideal for collectors of coronation souvenirs, vintage ceramics and historical items. Condition: Good vintage condition with age-related wear, including some rubbing to the silvered rim as shown in the photographs.
