2 x Original 1936 - 1937 German Winterhilfswerk Des Deutschen Volkes Postcards. Rare Early Cards. Winterhilfswerk Postcards were Nazi-era items (1933–1945) sold to signify that a household had donated to the state-run winter relief charity, Winterhilfswerk. These items were used to publicly demonstrate compliance and solidarity, reducing further donation requests. They often displayed campaign years, or themes. Two cards from the 1936-37 WHF campaign to raise funds for the Winter Relief Campaign devised by the Third Rhiech. One unused and one which has been used with a personal message on the rear dated 1937. Both in good condition, Completely Genuine and Authentic 1936 1937 Items. Carefully packaged up for posting.
