9 m Vintage 1940's figural cotton lace collectible trim Regency Crinoline lady

It features a regency gentleman and a crinoline lady scene. The lace is creamy, and will require a soak before using due to age and storage. This lace is beautiful. It is made from cotton and was dated 1941, but I suspect it is from the late 30's.
