A collection of two different antique First World War Lord Kitchener commemorative matchbox holders, each measuring approx. 6cm x 4cm x 2cm. The three holders feature different portrait and memorial designs relating to Lord Kitchener, including details of his military career, “In Memoriam” inscriptions and references to his death following the loss of HMS Hampshire on 5 June 1916. An interesting group of period WW1 patriotic and military commemorative items, offered together as a collection of two different designs.
