This is a nice old cast-metal brass or bronze small three-footed base for a lamp, vase, or a statue. The item is not marked by its maker (see photos). The base measures about 2 inches high, and it measures about 5 inches wide. The base has a round circular center portion that measures about 2 and 3/8ths inches for the circle portion or 2.75 inches wide with a bit of overhang around the raised circular portion. The item is old. I would date the item to be 70 +/- years old. The item is from an estate liquidation. There is a hole drilled in the center of the base (originally used to attach something to this base). The item has some wear (see photos and/or written description for the condition of this item).
