No chips or cracks in the glass. There are a few scratches and bubbles in the glass. As found Dusty could use a cleaning. It has been converted. The pan has not been cut down. The base was not drilled to fit the switch… they used an existing hole. About 14 inches tall. The cord is safe to use. It is about 6 feet long. Lightbulb not included.
