A fantastic, authentic Victorian pocket snuff or tobacco box engraved date 1874. This beautiful piece of 19th-century folk art metalwork is full of character and historical charm. The front lid features an elegant, hand-engraved cursive script, difficult to make out but can see the name E. Bailey. Excellent antique condition for its age. The hinge is fully functional, sturdy, and opens smoothly. It retains its gorgeous, unpolished original aged patina.
