Antique Table Lighter as Lucifer or Satan supporting & licking a Sphere

Antique Table Lighter in the form of Lucifer or Satan supporting and licking a Sphere as shown. The finish to the sphere is poor and very worn. There is hole at one wing tip which may have been used to fix this to table or counter top.
