Lord of the Rings Radio 4 BBC 26 Episodes from March the 8th 1981. The BBC also reprinted this 6 Years later to promote a LOTR Cassette Box set the date was 1987 but looks slightly different. You could buy these back in 1981 By writing to the BBC ,for a Small Fee they would send you one ,not many have survived.
