P.W. Allen British military vehicle inspection torch with mirror attachment. A nice bit of kit, in good condition and has been tested. Usual signs of wear to rubber handle as to be expected. Comes with extra bulb in base. Screw on inside appears to have damaged the plastic but is holding well and the attachment is solid.
