British: Royal Army Medical Corps Officer's Brass Button (Large, 26mm, WW1-WW2)

This button is large (26mm) in size. Made by 'J. R. Gaunt & Sons, London', and stamped with their details on the reverse (see photos). Issued and used. Shank intact. Good detail and in good condition considering age (WW1-WW2 period).
