This is an official Captain Scarlet Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle from Carlton in 2001. This toy is in good condition but does have some wear. This toy does not include any figures or missiles and missing one tyre at front I have not tested the battery compartment but it is very clean and may just need a battery/batteries
