Charles Fletcher was a turn of the century stage actor, who appeared on Broadway in The Skating Rink (1887) and The Goodness of Liberty (1909). This signed photo of the actor in costume takes the form of an antique postcard produced by J. Capstack of Blackpool. Some pinholes in the top and bottom of the card presumably from its previous pinning up.
