This custom is a dalek from an alternate universe that the daleks access in series 2 of Dalek empire, the Daleks of our universe seek a race of Daleks who have conquered all and find these strange Daleks who immediately denounce the Daleks from our universe accusing them of the greatest crimes their universe has ever known. They aim to ‘neutralise’ the Daleks from our universe and all out war begins. Created by the mentor who is the creator of the Daleks in this universe, she is described as being angelic and the green and gold of these Daleks really helps Sell that idea I think. These Daleks appear the better faction but not is all as it seems…..
