This is a cWW2 vintage matchbox manufactured by Bryant&May Ltd for their SWAN VESTAS The Smokers Match with wartime wording of USE MATCHES SPARINGLY.It is in a good condition with obvious signs of age and its measurements are 7.7cm long x 4.7cm wide x 1.7cm deep.
