This is an item in two pieces the first is a hand signed letter from the former Prime Minister of the UK David Lloyd George 1863-1945 to a Mr Rowlands of the Caernarvon Liberal Association. The second item is an original 1935 Election Notice stating that David Lloyd George has won the bi election at Caernarvon in November 1935.
