Rare photocopy of the script for the planned ending to The Trial Of A Timelord in 1986 written by Eric Saward which was then withdrawn and replaced by the broadcast episode written by Pip and Jane Baker. A fascinating look at what might have been! On June 1st, 1986 script editor Eric Saward withdrew permission to use his version of Part 14, and the Bakers were hastily commissioned to provide a new part 14 just five days later. All this took place less than three weeks before filming was due to start on part 14 at Camber Sands. This is a photocopy of the original that was given to me by a fellow fan many years ago. It is in good condition with a few tiny creases around the edges here and there. The print is a little faint but perfectly readable.
