I recently took a 3D scan of my MFX official auton head that was damaged and in need of repair, and created this test print for a life size display. This is 3D printed in PLA plastic and can be sanded to a smooth finish, it has had a quick primer pass to show the print lines. This would make a great addition to a collection.
