From the collection of a cigarette smoker. the item is sealed and I cannot smell any smoke on it but I cannot guarantee that the cardboard slip won't have some trace of smell when the item is unsealed. if it does it would very likely disappear over time as I have now sold many CDs from this collection with positive feedback from all buyers.
