Sealed. There is a scratch on the back which has dented the cardboard slipcase as shown. Previously owned by a smoker. Cannot smell any smoke on the item but it's possible there may be some trace when the seal is opened. Probably not, and if so should disappear after a while, but I want to be totally open before selling.
