A rare commemorative playing card deck issued for the 16th Annual Convention of the Dr Pepper 10-2-4 Collectors' Club. These decks were often distributed as limited-edition souvenirs during the club's annual meetings, which have been a tradition since 1983. New sealed deck in box. Box is not in perfect condition.
