Dunhill pipe knocker ashtray with pipe rest

This is a Pewter Dunhill pipe knocker ashtray with a single pipe rest, I believe this is a early ashtray as its only the second one I have seen like this, I have seen loads of the crown and rose pewter ashtrays from no pipe rests up to three rests.
