Early Mk6 British army helmet by the scarce maker N.E.I. Electronics with original painted finish, dated 1984-85. Cover is a later example. A well used helmet showing signs of wear (see pics) with the name Milligan written on inside in marker. The first type of this helmet I’ve come across by this maker.
