The EDL transfers are as new. the BZP steel stems and bracketery are showing a little oxide, but no rust. leg/socket/pivot is made from steel that appears to be BZP it has an open flat fork at one end to mount onto an available bolt on a machine or to fix to a small plinth to make a table or bedside lamp.
