An iconic Bakelite radio set by Ekco More desirable set in black Bakelite and chrome finish Dates to 1945 Superb art deco design Bakelite case in suoer condition, with only a few light period marks, light scratches. No chips or cracks. Lights up and makes light hum, a good service and aerial/earth could well get it going properly. Working or not, it’s a fabulous decorative piece and perfect for a radio or Art deco collector. The rear board is a made up replacement. I have seen reproductions available in the past, or you may be able to source an original. As with all vintage electronics, buyers connect to power/mains at their own risk. Ideally collection, but will post at buyers risk.. I’m good at packaging though..
