This appears to be a double sided RAF escape map from 1944 China showing Sheets 44/N and 44/O, made of a form of thin cloth. These maps were made by MI9 in World War II and used by pilots to help them evade capture and escape by highlighting key infrastructure roads railways rivers etc. See photos of the actual item for condition generally.
