These are five reclaimed GDR (East German) bulkhead lights from a Cold War ship. Made in the 1970s these Soviet Union made lamps are incredibly durable, designed to be water proof and bomb resistant, they are made of aluminium and toughened reeded glass. They each have a six arm cage with three mounting legs at the rear. These have not been restored and as far as I can tell, all parts are original. 26cm diameter, apart from the turning wings which add another 4cm each. They stand 12cm deep. In antique shops these are usually £200 each, I just like to keep my stock rolling. A beautiful piece of industrial design. Bulbs included.
