Salty shell with rear night manoeuvres marking, no liner present but easy to source if you want to complete, nice patina ,no crown marking so possibly an export piece ,displays hints of what might be United Nations blue here and there or it could of been knocking around in somebodies on suite shed amongst the paint tins but it's any ones guess, see pictures for details
