An Original Military Leather Cross Belt to the Princess Mary's Own 10th Gurkha Rifles with embellishments in White Metal, including the intricate Cross Belt Regimental Badge, Inkerman Whistle and Keep with Triple Chains from a Lion's Mask Fitting. The badge on the pouch shows the Kukri crossed with a light infantry bugle horn. Originally raised in 1890 as part of the British Army of India, the Princess Mary's Own 10th Gurkha was formed in 1949 and merged into the Royal Gurkha Rifles in 1994. The Regiment served in most of the Wars and Skirmishes of the late 19th and 20th Centuries. One V.C. was awarded to a member of the Regiment for valour during the Malaya Campaign.
