A very nice Georgian Period sterling silver hallmarked Bovine Horn Snuff Mull ,the horn body fitted with a dome lid with owners cartouche, the item has a P.A makers hallmark to the rim , [ P Aiken was a maker registered in Glasgow 1824 - 50 ,a possible maker ] size = height 8.2 cm x 4.2 cm at the rim ,the weight 79 gr ,some old contents, there are use marks consistent with its age , the mull ideal for any collection , sold as show, having a clear out in the house.
