This is an original hand-drawn pencil animation drawing from Sunbow's 1995G. It features Sgt. Savage, the only character that connected this new era of Joes with previous continuities. It's executed in black graphite on standard 3-hole animation paper, with colored pencil shading/highlights, and is in excellent condition with no notable flaws.
