This is an empty folder for the storage of EIs. In good condition for age, with slight fading on the spine. There is also a paper lable on the spine from its alternative use but I think this could be removed with care. This is the later dark green cloth version, Stationary Supplies No 444D used up untill the introducton of TIs.
