GPO UAX13 Machine, Pulsing and Rining No. 2A made by Newton Brothers (Derby). The rotor is missing (as seen in one of the pictures). Also the cover to go over the contact block is missing. In addition, there is some damage to the contacts (probably caused by the missing cover).
