Good condition. Never been read so pages only opened to check for printing errors. Slight bleed on ink not drying on preceding page to title. Shifty on page 96. Ranged on last paragraph. 766 pages. Kept as pristine as possible over long period since purchased.a small piece of sticky label on front over letter A . can easily be removed with cotton bud and ethanol.
