This is a Hart lighter. It was made under license from Parker and carries the Parker patent number and reg design no on the the base. Flint wheel is a little stiff so sold as found. Please see pictures for condition and feel free to ask questions. All lighters are shipped without flints and un tested with fuel as this can hinder shipping.
