You are looking at a genuine hand signed autograph of actress Ingrid Oliver. Signed on a matte 8x10 Doctor Who promo photo, in which Ingrid played the character of Petronella Osgood. This was obtained many years ago at EmCon in Nottingham. This was previously dedicated and does have some minor signs of ink removal (dedication only), but it doesn’t affect the autograph itself.
