Japanese Imperial Rising Sun Flag of the Second World War, with flagpole toggles along one side. Presumably, the sort that was carried by Japanese squads into battle. Grubby cotton and fragile - not surprising given its age and combat use - and with a frayed outer edge. Measures 95 cm x 120 cm
