A clear autograph on card of the dramatist and prolific author Lord Dunsany Edward J M D Plunkett. 1878-1957 He published over 90 books. Best known today for The King of Elflands Daughter and The Gods of Pegana Dunsany fought in the second Boer War and during WW1.In 1916 he was wounded in the head by a bullet during the Easter Rising in Dublin. He was a friend of WB Yeats and W H Wells.
