Chika is joined by a diverse group of girls, each with their own unique personality and reason for joining Aqours. This includes Riko Sakurauchi, a talented but shy pianist; You Watanabe, Chika's energetic childhood friend; and Dia Kurosawa, the strict student council president who harbours a secret love for school idols.
