It is affixed to a card mount which has been signed in black ink by Margaret Thatcher. I believe the picture dates from the late 1980's. Provenance: This photograph was a gift from Margaret Thatcher to my late father who was UK Consul General in Zürich, Switzerland from 1987 to 1991.
