Mary Ann Sawyer Schuyler was the second wife of Congressman Philip Jeremiah Schuyler (1768-1835), son of General Philip Schuyler (1733-1804), who fought at Bunker Hill. Philip Schuyler was the father in law of Alexander Hamilton.
