An original document that seems to have been liberated by American GI's from an Italian Royal Palace during WW2 . Signed by both Mussolini and the last king of Italy , Emanuelle the third . Dating stamp in April 1935 suggests the day of signatures and I'm sure a translation of the contents will show the items under consideration. Bought from a dealer in the US ten years ago and I've included the note he sent me regarding its provenance.
