Condition is Used. The deck may have a tribal leader, and most creatures in the deck will be of that tribe with a few supporting creatures. Lets say you get a deck with Baird, Argivian Recruiter. The deck would include things that buff up creatures to make sure you get the token, and cards that buff the soldier tribal.
