German Text: "Überreicht vom Chef der Politischen Verwaltung des MB-Leipzig der NVA". Translation: "Presented by the Chief of the Political Administration of the MB-Leipzig of the NVA.". Very nice copper plate on “wooden” (Plywood - it is DDR) back.
