Excellent condition early M1938 Leggings. Brass fittings throughout. No damage at all. Marked 18 and when compared to a pair of 4R leggings they were identical in size. So I'm guessing that 18 is the circumference in inches. Absolutely perfect for early WW2 US re-enactment.
