The product is an original print from Christmas 1914 of the Illustrated London News, featuring a military illustration by Richard Caton Woodville titled The taking of the guns The print commemorates Captain Francis Grenfell and the 9th (Queen's Royal) Lancers saving the guns of the 119th Battery, Royal Field Artillery, at Audregnies on August 24, 1914, during the Battle of Mons This print has some damage to the edges however the image is in good condition and could easily be framed without this noticing.
