An original World War Two medal grouping comprising 1939/45 Star, Atlantic Star, Italy Star and 1939/45 War Medal. Complete with original box, transmission slip, wax paper packets for the medals, collection of Navy uniform buttons and slip from the Mercantile Marine Office confirming 1939/45 and Atlantic Star entitlement, dated 18 April 1946. Medals are very tidy, look as though they've rarely come out of the packets. Box is addressed to Malcolm R Waterfall and there is plenty of information on him on Ancestry. The medal entitlement here is confirmed via rolls at the National Archives.
